Pilot Evidence Modes
Synthetic/internal commercialization evidence. One pilot does not have to answer every question.
1. Technical-control proof
Use one or more live material events to test receipt v7, event-specific procedure applicability, retained-input reproduction and fit with the existing finance workflow. A balance-bearing event is required before claiming SCR-03 has been exercised. This proof does not establish recurring service economics.
2. Workflow-economics proof
Requires at least two distinct event classes, including a non-funding transition, plus reviewer minutes and exception-resolution time. This is the gate for repeat-batch cadence and recurring delivery economics.
3. Source-change operating proof
Optional and only when a real provider-source revision naturally occurs. Source-file churn alone is not a billable customer event.
Current pre-contact conclusion
Public evidence currently gives Sol Systems / Great Bay technical readiness and Headwater / Overlay conditional ERCOT generator market-core readiness; Belltown / Overlay is a large-load adapter gap, while PowerBank / NY Green Bank shows the richest public event mix but requires unmodeled New York coverage. No current target has enough public evidence to support a recurring-economics claim before real reviewer-minute discovery.
Cross-event synthetic demo
The synthetic multi-event receipt exercises six events across five event classes and demonstrates explicit NOT_APPLICABLE procedure results. It is technical evidence only—not buyer-frequency, savings or WTP evidence.
