Shadow first. Price later.
Synthetic/internal commercialization protocol. Technical correctness is only the first layer.
Current first experiment
Use 1–2 completed same-family events only for cheap falsification. The first productization/serviceability measurement requires 3–5 completed events from one provider/process/form family. Historical Geenex / Great Bay PJM TC2 remains a clean single-process technical context, but no current target is an execution-ready economic pilot.
Sequential gates
Public scope fit → baseline capture → shadow v7 preflight → independent downstream disposition → counterfactual value → feasible price window → owner-authorized WTP → only then consider live/repeat use.
No live-financing intervention first
The first economics test should replay completed events in a buyer-approved environment. It should not affect a borrowing, deposit posting, eligibility determination or credit decision.
Data minimization
No live borrowing-base model, customer credentials, broad portfolio upload or unrelated documents are required. Unknown baseline work is allowed but counts as zero value.
