PJM already publishes the deposit math

Public-source falsifier. A 15-case PJM Transition Cycle 2 corpus reproduces published RD2/RD3 amounts exactly using the inputs PJM prints in its study reports.

Commercial consequence

Readiness-deposit arithmetic is a commodity public input. The product does not count recalculating that amount as differentiated buyer value, savings or a paid procedure.

What remains to test

Potential value, if any, must come from financed-project-to-queue/instrument mapping, LC/payment evidence transitions, exact current source binding, private facility-document requirements, downstream reuse, and exception/rework reduction.

Kill rule

If the borrower/lender workflow simply uses PJM's published amounts and ordinary LC records at low marginal cost, kill the Geenex borrower-preflight wedge rather than expanding into generic document or credit work.

PJM instrument-control boundary

PJM publishes the LOC rule/form layer too. The paid kill-test is now limited to private executed instrument/facility state and downstream reuse.
