Zero-data qualification: stop before private data
The current commercial process uses five hard gates: exact/current category binding, authoritative control, a repeatable factual event unit, and downstream factual re-performance, and acceptance of factual stop-and-route exceptions instead of expert adjudication and bounded delivery closure rather than open-ended support. There is no weighted vanity score; a hard failure cannot be offset by stronger answers elsewhere.
If those four clear, two later questions test whether a buyer-approved data path exists and whether a 3–5 completed same-family retrospective is worth measuring after existing systems/remediation are credited.
The 5× COGS/value hurdle remains unmeasured. A positive zero-data economics answer is only permission to consider measurement; it is not buyer value, savings, WTP, pilot readiness or price evidence.
Current PowerBank, Gridi and KCE qualification status remains unassessed until an owner-authorized conversation produces answers. No private data or documents are requested by this protocol.
