Source-Control Reperformance Receipt
Synthetic/redacted sample. A bounded factual control over an existing interconnection event chain—not another portfolio-management system.
Fixed procedure catalog
SCR-01 source admission; SCR-02 envelope/provenance integrity; SCR-03 documented balance-chain continuity; SCR-04 facility-document completeness; SCR-05 exception preservation.
Not the Independent Engineer
This bounded source-control workpaper does not replace a project Independent Engineer, Lender's Technical Adviser, engineering diligence, grid studies or technical certifications.
What stays with the buyer
Borrowing-base calculations, eligibility, advance rates, portfolio dashboards, borrower workflow, underwriting, servicing, approvals, legal conclusions and credit decisions.
Not an attestation
This synthetic control workpaper is not an audit, assurance engagement, agreed-upon-procedures report, independent-accountant report, legal opinion, or borrowing-base certificate.
Integrity boundary
Receipt v7 binds each event envelope to its pre-existing deterministic integrity key and can be re-performed from the supplied envelopes. For hardened current public sources, v7 also requires the observed canonical asset digest to byte-match a retained public-source object. SHA-256 supports mutation/reproducibility evidence; this unsigned sample still does not authenticate publisher or supplier identity, prove private-evidence authenticity, establish custody, or provide non-repudiation.
See the synthetic control-integrity regression evidence
Procedure applicability
The five-procedure catalog is fixed, but each event records which procedures apply. NOT_APPLICABLE is distinct from PASS; required balance or facility-document evidence still fails closed when missing.

Pre-reperformance anchor
For a paid v7 integrity-control pilot, the original event fingerprint manifest must be retained by the buyer or another approved party outside the re-performance service. This detects later envelope replacement against the separately held original but is not an authenticated signature or custody proof.
Fail closed
The sample preserves unresolved facility-document exceptions rather than converting them into a favorable result.
