Serviceability economics: measure a cohort, not a one-off
The current product is a bounded evidence reconciliation layer, not another system of record. There is no current price, and buyer value is unmeasured.
First measurement unit
DN denominator proof applies before DM. The authoritative complete eligible-event population must first reconcile at event level to a separate expected-complete event source. Count-only matching is insufficient.
3–5 completed events from one family — retrospective only. DO admission applies first: the family must be a pre-content delivery-procedure signature, not a geography/statewide-rule label. Then DN proves the denominator and DM selects the cohort. Measure setup, integration mapping, source refresh, factual review, exception handling and QA.
DM admission applies first: freeze the authoritative complete eligible-event population before content review. Use the census for 3–5 eligible events or the most recent five if more than five exist. Do not replace a selected difficult or missing-evidence event.
One or two events can falsify the workflow cheaply, but cannot establish productized serviceability. Multiple families are a later measured expansion decision.
Economic rule
The 70% GM and 1.5× value-to-price gates imply a 5× delivery-COGS buyer-value hurdle. Real COGS must be DP-derived from complete component coverage. The legacy DE sensitivity model is hypothetical partial-cost arithmetic only, not current measurement authority, price, savings estimate or WTP evidence.
