Trusted source is not the same as operative source
Internal/synthetic commercialization control. EB separates structural evidence-use status from source ingress and legal interpretation.
Current factual support
An effective public rule, execution/final version, issued/accepted instrument, or governed final system record can support a current factual role only when its operative-status basis is verified.
Form/template boundary
A public form/template can establish required shape, procedure or family/schema characteristics. It does not establish that a project-specific facility agreement, amendment, letter of credit, balance or security state is operative.
Fail closed
Draft/proposed, superseded/historical and unresolved-status artifacts cannot become current merely because they came from a trusted source, have a valid hash, or are newer. The dependent fact becomes an explicit unknown/exception or is omitted.

EB does not decide enforceability, signatory authority, waiver effectiveness, priority, eligibility or credit treatment.
