DX first binds the economic object. DY then requires an authoritative bounded document register through the delivery cutoff and exact structural reconciliation of the supplied base/amendment/waiver/replacement set before DW may call any dynamic fact current.

Fail closed

Missing required roles, register/set mismatch, dangling modifier links, cycles or post-cutoff document leakage block the chain. A document being available, recent or hash-verified does not prove the governing set is complete.
