Fact-support coverage

The current product does not treat one relevant document as complete substantiation for a material factual output.

Required evidence roles

For a measured delivery family, each material fact must use a support profile governed before content review. Every required evidence role must be satisfied by a source already admitted through the upstream source controls.

Missing role

If a required evidence role is missing, the fact is not presented as a partially supported current value. It is blocked or carried as an explicit unknown. Optional corroboration may be absent.

Boundary

This is evidence-role coverage, not legal sufficiency, factual truth, credit treatment, assurance, buyer value or WTP. Public facility facts and public project facts do not establish financed membership merely by being separately true.
