Interconnection Event Transition Ledger

Synthetic / redacted demo. This is the canonical factual event layer underneath an Interconnection Evidence Annex. It is not a borrowing-base certificate or financing decision.

Why event-first: financing-relevant facts change when deposits are posted, projects are added, security is released/drawn/replaced, agreements are executed, project milestones change refundability evidence, or collateral is redeployed. The ledger preserves the before/after factual state and source chain for each event.

The final event deliberately does not turn a milestone into a favorable borrowing-base conclusion. Missing facility-specific evidence survives as an exception.
