Delivery as-of completeness

A source cutoff only defines what belongs in a batch. It does not make an old project value current.

Dynamic state

A dynamic value can be presented as current only when observed at the locked cutoff or supported by an authoritative validity-through basis covering that cutoff.

Fail closed

If current state is unsupported, the factual workpaper emits an explicit unknown/exception rather than a stale value. Historical events remain historical.

No arbitrary freshness SLA

DW does not invent a 7-, 30- or 90-day rule. Timing is evidence-specific and future engagement terms remain owner/buyer controlled.

Sequence

DW temporal completeness → DS bounded delivery close → DV lossless factual handoff → DE serviceability.

No target-specific as-of proof, price, WTP, pilot authorization or external integration exists.
