Data & Decision Boundary
The first workflow comparison uses public/synthetic material. It is not permission to transmit confidential project information or to automate a lender's legal or credit judgment.
Do not submit project documents through the public site.
The public contact path is for business contact details and non-confidential workflow context only. A real-data review begins only after a separately approved commercial/data-sharing path and a buyer-approved transfer or review environment.
Data path
- Public/synthetic: start with the redacted verification review and public provider sources.
- Process qualification: discuss non-confidential cadence, roles, exceptions and current systems.
- Controlled review: only after separate authorization and appropriate terms, use the minimum necessary artifacts through a buyer-approved path. A buyer-controlled environment may be preferred where it reduces vendor storage.
- Recurring feed: only after value, contracting and security requirements are proven.
Decision boundary
The customer's lender, credit or portfolio platform remains the system of record. AI-assisted factual work remains subject to human review. The Monitor does not automate final decisions.
- No legal opinion on perfection, priority, assignment, bankruptcy, disputed refund rights or facility-document enforceability.
- No credit decision, funding recommendation or automated approval.
- No claim that a security, insurance, certification or buyer-policy requirement is satisfied until it is separately verified and actually true.
Before any private-data review
The contracting route, verification authorizer, payer, data classification, AI-use rules, security requirements and approved transfer/review environment must be identified first. If those requirements cannot be met lawfully and economically, the review does not proceed.
