Coverage means source-admitted rule scope, not a market logo.

Synthetic/public product explanation. The feed separates a central market-rule core from transmission-owner, utility and facility-specific extensions.

Validated source scope

MISO, PJM, SPP, Idaho Power, CAISO and ERCOT are represented in the internal validation corpus. That does not mean all six have identical automation maturity.

Executable current-source observation

MISO-DPP, PJM-NSR-CYCLE and ERCOT-SECTION5 currently have executable canonical-current observers. SPP-DISIS, CAISO-GIDAP and Idaho Power LGIP remain qualified through prior manual/current-file methods and should not be sold as equivalent automated monitoring.

What a market-core match does not mean

A MISO match does not automatically prove Ameren applicability. A PJM match does not prove Dominion applicability. ERCOT Section 5 does not establish an undisclosed TSP agreement or project-specific refundability. Reference TO/TSP and facility facts remain explicit extensions or exceptions.

Operating-proof sequence

Sol Systems ↔ Great Bay remains the preferred first operating proof because the disclosed MISO→PJM path overlaps hardened market cores. Headwater ↔ Overlay is the current second operating-proof lane at ERCOT generator market-core level. Belltown ↔ Overlay is a large-load/data-center process mismatch and is not currently covered. These are internal readiness examples, not customer or availability claims.

New York

New York SIR / NYISO / utility-specific production coverage is not currently claimed. High-value New York financing examples remain discovery targets, not adapter-ready pilot claims.
