Review evidence where the buyer already governs it
Internal/synthetic delivery architecture. The preferred future cohort mode is buyer-approved in-place review with no persistent source-document custody by this product.
In-place mode
Read/hash only bounded source objects inside the approved review environment and persist the agreed evidence-control/workpaper outputs. The synthetic proof persists no source path, raw source text or source-document copy.
Manifest-only fallback
Digest/locator or redacted factual extracts may support bounded controls, but manifest-only review cannot claim document completeness when source content was not actually reviewed.
No hosted vault
Product-hosted private-document upload/storage is not part of the current offer and is not a default fallback.
Procurement still applies
This delivery pattern does not bypass procurement, security, access approval, data residency, AI policy, insurance or audit requirements. Those remain buyer-specific.
No named integration claim
Datasite and Firmex are public capability examples only. No named VDR integration is claimed, and no buyer is assumed to use either platform.
